Implementing a system to meet a firm’s requirements is one thing, but deploying an application across a legal firm with minimal disruption, particularly to fee earners, requires a distinct skill set. 

We’ve secured multiple contracts to manage the global deployment of key applications, such as document and time management systems, which are essential to the daily operations of fee earners. Our approach involves the following:

Formulate and structure the cutover team

consisting of technical resources, change managers, trainers and other stakeholders needed for Go-live 

Collaborate with teams

to create a runbook identify all technical, change and wider tasks ordered in sequence to deploy the system successfully with least possible disruption

Develop and agree a communication protocal

for all teams to adopt during global deployments to ensure structure is maintained while work is taking place out of hours

Work with Regional Technology Managers

to ensure the upcoming change is understood and supported by key stakeholders 

Conduct Go/No-Go meetings

to ensure the defined and agreed Go-live readiness critera is fully satisfied by all parties ahead of rollout.

 

 

Communicate

effectively to ensure milestones, progress, and upcoming activites are clearly understood by board-level stakeholders.
