Manage third party vendors
Oversee vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
Managing third parties can be challenging, particularly if you have multiple vendors on a project. We work closely with all parties to identify synergies and align deliverables and dependencies.
Regular progress sessions enable us to track progress of vendors to deliver at the right point needed for the client.
Typically clients reach out to us to support the review of SoW’s (Statement of Works) from third party vendors. We assess SoW’s against industry standard to ensure fairness to the client and capture the detail needed against the known scope, protecting the project in the long term from unnecessary change requests, which can be costly.
